About artist

Alexander was born February 1, 1961 in Petrozavodsk, Karelia, North-West Russia. Hobbies: sport, hunting and photography. Started wood-carving and drawing at the age of 6, which determined his fate. Alexander participates in professional exhibitions from year 1976 and has won many awards and prizes. Personal exhibitions were also organized in Finland. Three of his paintings were used in decoration of Shuyskaya Tchupa government summer residence in 1997.

Main directions of work: artistic wood-carving (panels, sculpture, decorating furniture, rifle butts, scoops, bowls, etc.);
